The title says it all. Here's how to make my delicious and quick, wholesome flat bread.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9-inch square pan and line with parchment paper. Place the following dry ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend: 3/4 cup rolled oats (gluten free if needed) 1/2 cup raw buckwheat Groats 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds 1 tbsp. chia or flax seeds 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. sea salt Add the following wet ingredients to the dry: 1 cup unsweetened nut milk or organic grass fed milk 1 tbsp. melted coconut oil or ghee Pour the batter into pan and smooth with a spatula. Sprinkle evenly with 1/4 cup organic sesame seeds and bake for 25-30 minutes. By Michelle Pascal, Registered Holistic Nutritionist
